Overview
Lêle-êpíî Fêqê was founded durring the late 17th century in early spring of the year 1565, by Tsmêpîpí Tsèdsí. The establishment of Lêle-êpíî Fêqê suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.
Lêle-êpíî Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 17th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Lêle-êpíî Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.
Lêle-êpíî Fêqê is buildings have been located at convienant points along the dale Lêle-êpíî Fêqê was built upon. Navigating the town is therefore a little chalanging as the distance between buildings verris greatly and the crampt packed earth streets flow where they are able to be made rather than folowing the most convienant paths. The town is protected by a series of wooden fences ringing the town's parimiter, which are likly intended to keep varrious beasts out of town rather than protect it from attack by any intelegent agents. The bare minimum defences has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
Even the most brief look arround Lêle-êpíî Fêqê has a good chance of putting a church or shrine into the center of your view. The town is most certainly a god fearing community. It’s also definitely a god loving community. THe streetcornors are occupied by preachers, with the occasional intersection playing host to an actually friendly debate relating to the merits of various gods. Even the less popular as well as the less politically loved gods seem to have a space in Lêle-êpíî Fêqê, there’s even shrines to gods known to the region only through hearsay.

Cultural Notes
The locals are in a state of despair and dull apathy. They've lost the things that used to give them pride and hope, with the best among them carrying on out of habitual duty and the worst giving ready hands to shameful deeds and ignoble acts. No one really believes the future can be better, and most seek only to satisfy immediate appetites.
Lêle-êpíî Fêqê's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used embraces individualism and experimentation. It emerged as a movement against traditional, classical styles and sought to make buildings dynamic and fun while breaking the rules. The style incorporated elements of previous architectural styles in exaggerated and whimsical ways. Traditional, conservative leanings were void in this era, with most scholars of architecture agreeing it was a time of “anything goes.”.
In Lêle-êpíî Fêqê all of the cats speak the local language with prefect diction.
The Crawling Hand near Lêle-êpíî Fêqê are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.
Lêle-êpíî Fêqê's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves sex to channel Invocation energies of tier 2 via moments of science.
